  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

Work streams: Online art experiments with artists and cultural partners - end to end production. Help expand collaborations with artists and creatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the initial scope of the project providing documentation to Program Managers so that a decision can be made whether to greenlight the project.
  • If the project is greenlit, the Producer will be responsible for end to end project management and work closely with the Program Manager to ensure impact.
  • Producer to manage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings, budgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Producer to drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required.
  • Producer to lead production of project-related creative assets.
  • Interact with, manage and coordinate a wide range of cross-functional teams within the company, as well as external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, vendors etc.
  • Producer to ensure the effectiveness of the project by conducting post-project reporting.
