PROGRAM ANALYST
- You will serve as the technical liaison between PMRF, Fleet commands, event sponsor, Commander, Joint Region Marianas and other external agencies that may be involved in the conducting and planning of scheduled Fleet training events and exercises.
- You will analyze program requirements to determine the range resource capabilities, identify potential problem areas, and improvements required to satisfy program objectives.
- You will develop cost estimates, review expenditures, account for range user reimbursements and obtain additional funds if necessary.
- You will perform special studies such as review and monitor the operational performance of the PMRF contractors to provide inputs for the periodic Contractor Technical Performance Evaluation.

- You will be required to perform occasional sea duty.
