Job Description

Overview:

Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Trade Marketing, the Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing account specific marketing and promotional sales programs related to our full citrus portfolio. This sales support role will conduct sales analyses and develop strategies to drive profitable growth.

This position will interact directly with sales and key account managers, product managers, and the largest merchandising team in Produce. This is an ideal position for a results-oriented individual, who is comfortable with data, who is independent, but loves working with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Develop and implement all trade marketing strategies and programs that primarily serve our branded portfolio. Create, track, and manage budgets and key performance metrics.
  • Plan and manage day-to-day aspects of promotional activity. Measure sales impact and deliver fact-based results & recommendations on promotions.
  • Identify and implement shopper marketing efforts that differentiate and deliver incremental sales.
  • Work with eCommerce team to execute retail media strategies that boost sales and distribution.
  • Seek out partnerships and/or sponsorships that align with key retailers and help influence distributions and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and sales teams to develop selling stories and sales materials that are persuasive and differentiate product portfolio and services.
  • Create data-driven customer business review analyses and presentations to inform sales and elevate performance.
  • Become subject matter expert by monitoring trade marketing trends and keeping sales team and key stakeholders educated on new technologies and promotional tools.
  • Attend trade shows and customer-related events to represent and support sales initiatives

Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Business or related field and +5 years’ experience in CPG industry. MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including verbal presentations
  • Regularly lead meetings, present verbally in multiple settings
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Remarkable organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven track record of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Prior experience conducting sales analyses and category management; comfortable with basic sales data and working with syndicated data sources.
  • High comfort level and experience with senior management interaction

Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
