  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Seeking a Scrum Master with strong experience in healthcare claims workflows, including Claim Filing, Adjudication, and Payment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Agile delivery for teams working on healthcare claims systems.

  • Manage backlog and sprint planning with a focus on claim processing and compliance.

  • Track team capacity, progress, and blockers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with business, QA, and release teams for end-to-end execution.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.


Healthcare Focus:



  • Strong understanding of payer operations and claims adjudication workflows.

  • Familiarity with compliance-driven implementations and ROI impact analysis (provider abrasion, policy adherence, savings).

  • Experience supporting claim engines and healthcare data systems.



Tools:



  • IBM RTC, IBM RRC, SharePoint, QuickBase, MS Office
