Accountabilities:
- Own the development and execution of brokerage products, writing product requirements and collaborating with engineers to bring ideas to life
- Lead the strategy for brokerage product features, considering ROI, market dynamics, and the balance between building in-house versus purchasing third-party solutions
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for product and process improvements
- Participate in customer calls to gather insights, identify product challenges, and translate those insights into actionable product features
- Represent the product in discussions with regulators and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal and industry standards
- Provide accurate and timely product status reports to both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or starting a startup, with a strong focus on fintech and brokerage products
- Proficiency in analyzing data using SQL and relevant BI tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance business needs and technological feasibility within budget and time constraints
- A demonstrated passion for fintech, brokerage, and financial services
