Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with a specialization in marine electrical engineering. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and engage in the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems on marine vessels. This role will require a keen understanding of 12-24VDC and 110/220VAC electrical systems, power generation systems, lighting, control systems, safety equipment, and overall marine electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in the engineering industry and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain marine electrical systems and equipment, including power generation systems, lighting, control systems, and safety equipment.
2. Conduct system analysis to determine energy usage, efficiency, and recommend necessary upgrades or modifications.
3. Ensure all electrical systems meet regulatory safety standards and comply with marine regulations.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop comprehensive solutions for marine vessels.
5. Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
6. Prepare technical specifications, reports, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 2-5 years of experience in marine electrical engineering.
3. Proficient in designing and maintaining 12-24VDC and 110/220VAC electrical systems.
4. Extensive knowledge of power generation systems, lighting, control systems, and safety equipment.
5. Familiarity with marine vessel systems and operations.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
9. Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools.
10. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
11. Certification or licensure in electrical engineering is highly desirable.
