Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Project Management and organizational skills.
  • Strong experience with risk and control assessments.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.
  • Consultant type mindset - BIG 4 experience preferred but not necessary. If no big 4 experience, must have large financial institution exp.
  • Great communication and personality.
  • Controls/business side risk.
  • Small piece of day to day is meeting minutes and some admin work.
  • Data work and project management/analysis.
  • Time management skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Financial Crimes and RCSA.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with client personnel.
  • Drive project deliverables by creating project plans, organizing key items, scheduling meetings, communicating updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with business and control teams.
  • Support RCSA assessment work.
  • Review compliance requirements to determine applicability
  • Identify controls to mitigate risk
