Description
We are seeking a senior Microsoft 365 engineer contractor to spearhead our Collaboration, Productivity and Compliance Technologies initiatives in Microsoft 365 GCC High. This role is critical in delivering premier advanced solution configurations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the configuration of Microsoft 365 APPs including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Intune and SharePoint as well as Azure Active Directory (Entra), PowerApps, Power Automate and Security Compliance APPs. In addition, they are expected to be able to architect, deploy and tranfer new solution documentation to the Service Operations Support Team. The resource will interact with team members in the IT department from different levels to provide solutions that support IT.

Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 GCC High.
Identify, implement, and configure solutions and M365 APPs to enhance organizational efficiency and automation.
Implement MS Teams workflow solutions. Implement and improve Teams organization policies.
Review / configure Exchange SPAM inbound / outbound / quaranntine policies to ensure best practice.
Review / configure conditional access policies to ensure best practice.
Using Microsoft GCC High Compliance Manager, assest CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance and implement specific actions / changes that improve / support compliance requirements and controls. Expereicne with DISA STIGs and applying STIG balelines to GCC High.
Update and or define solutions with the latest M365 GCC High features and best practices.
Create, update, and write documentation for standard operating procedures (SOP).
Support and own Service Desk Work Orders to completion independently and with other team members.
Support and own projects to completion independently and with other team members.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
