  • Team Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively with the team to develop core software that meets and exceeds expectations for stability, scalability, and resilience.
  • Dependability: Consistently deliver high-quality software that aligns with the team's standards and contributes to the overall success of the product.
  • Technical Support: Participate in team collaboration sessions to provide technical expertise, solve problems, and remove technical roadblocks.
  • Product Planning: Engage in product planning and implementation, helping the team understand and decompose work into manageable tasks.
  • Support Rotation: Participate in the team support rotation, building knowledge on focus subsystems and providing technical assistance.
  • Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of Engineering experience with Java technologies
  • Previous experience working as a Lead Developer
  • Previous experience working on prem and within cloud technologies (AWS, Openshift)
  • Experienced with Kafka
  • Worked with code repositories like GitHub

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
