Job Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management, Software Licensing, or IT Asset Management with a software focus.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro ,including license models, entitlements, and reconciliation processes.
Strong understanding of various software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS, enterprise agreements, etc.).
Experience maintaining software catalogs, license entitlement records, and compliance documentation.
Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and internal knowledge documentation.
Familiarity with federal procurement and IT governance practices is preferred.
Experience with ITIL-based processes for asset and configuration management is a plus.

Tools & Technologies:
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions for license reconciliation and reporting.
Familiarity with software discovery tools and license tracking utilities.
Experience with tools related to contract/license management is a plus.
Additional Qualifications:
Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
Ability to work on-site full-time in the Washington, D.C. area.
No travel required (0%).
Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.85/hr.
