Responsibilities:
- Program and troubleshoot commercial fire, access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Service and maintain systems such as EST, DMP, Silent Knight, Firelite, Bosch (Vista series 128/250, Bosch 7000/9000), 2N, Brivo, Lenel, Amag, Kidde, Hanwah, Avigilon, and Exacqvision.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to commercial clients in Ventura County.
Skills Required:
- Programming and troubleshooting of fire and alarm systems.
- Expertise in access control and CCTV systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Deductive reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic electrical theory knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with systems such as Vista 128, Vista 250, Bosch 7000, Bosch 9000, and all DMP systems.
- Additional experience with access control and CCTV/camera systems is a plus.
