Location: Grafton (Home Base) with travel to Hartford, West Bend, Germantown, and Menomonee Falls
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Services Technician to join our team for the annual laptop and desktop refresh project. The successful candidate will be based at the Oshkosh hospital and will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide on-site technical support to hospital staff, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service requests.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar field services or technical support role.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with hospital IT environments is a plus.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:
  • Primarily based at Oshkosh hospital, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as required.
