- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar field services or technical support role.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with hospital IT environments is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily based at Oshkosh hospital, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
- Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as required.
