Client is seeking an expereinced IT Hardware Deployment Desktop technician to assist our client with over 1000's iPads and Laptops to various locations in the Western US. Ideal candidate will have extensive hands on experience with WinOS, iOS, ServiceNow and hardware imaging, configuration and deployment skills. Post deployment Customer Service is a must have. Candidate will utilize ServiceNow for Ticketing, they avg 50-300 tickets per day on a team of 10 supporting sites around the US.
