- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research
- Advocate for user-centered design and ensure accessibility best practices
- Present your work with confidence, clearly articulating your rationale
- Work independently while fostering strong team rapport and communication
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 4-6 years of UX design experience, ideally with complex, consumer-facing products
- A portfolio with 4+ case studies that show a full design process from concept to delivery
- Strong understanding of mobile UX best practices and responsive design
- Ability to work autonomously, manage your own timelines, and make informed design decisions
- Polished and articulate communicator who can build trust quickly
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with complexity
- A self-starter mindset-you take initiative and run with it
