We are looking for an experienced UKG Systems Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role involves supporting and optimizing UKG modules to ensure seamless operations across Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and respond to user inquiries regarding UKG systems.
Configure and manage UKG modules, including Payroll, HR Core, Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
Oversee user access, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
Develop and update system documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials.
Generate and analyze reports to support business and HR initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and system integration.
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and implementations to enhance functionality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations within the system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements.
Work with UKG support to resolve technical issues effectively.
