Robert Half is searching for a Project Manager who can be available for a large scale project assisting in App Rationalization and EOL Network Equipment. This position is a contract opportunity that is hybrid in Seattle, WA.

Pay Rate: $60-70/hourly

Duration: 6 month contract

Work Location: Seattle, WA (must be onsite 2-3 times a week)

Job Duties:
  • Actively engage IT& S Directors and other stakeholders across the enterprise to gather input and insights regarding the current application inventory.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure cross-functional alignment on project objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships and maintain clear communication channels to address questions, concerns, and updates effectively.
  • Compile a comprehensive, well-documented inventory of all existing applications within the organization.
  • Analyze the functionality, usage, and integration dependencies of each application in collaboration with various teams.
  • Identify opportunities to merge, optimize, or sunset applications based on organizational needs and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Develop a structured project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure project deliverables are completed within budget and timeframe constraints.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, strategies, and priorities while contributing to transformation and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Deliver comprehensive presentations with data-driven insights and actionable steps for application rationalization outcomes.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management with expertise in App Rationalization for a potential merge, sunset or consolidation.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Work closely with steering committee and IT& S Directors
  • Address comprehensive inventory of all applications.
  • Experience in software development life-cycle.
