We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst III to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Miami Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing business operations, designing processes, and supporting decision-making through insightful research and reporting. This position focuses on ensuring software quality through rigorous testing, collaboration, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit.
Design, modify, and implement business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and execute detailed test cases, documenting test procedures and results.
Perform manual and automated software testing to identify and report defects.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to address issues and improve software functionality.
Develop and maintain test scripts to ensure processes meet quality standards.
Analyze software performance under different conditions and recommend optimizations.
Lead medium to large-scale special projects that contribute to business improvement.
Create comprehensive reports and documentation to support project outcomes.
Apply standardized tools and methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve software issues.
Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira and Qmetry.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and mainframe systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to document test cases and procedures clearly and comprehensively.
