Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the U.S. IFS ERP deployment.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to stay on track with timelines and budget.
- Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with global teams and ensure the U.S. deployment aligns with international efforts as applicable.
- Manage and monitor KPIs to track the project's success.
- Potential travel within the U.S. to support deployment activities and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on ERP implementations.
- Experience delivering ERP solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule for enterprise-level projects.
- Ability to travel as needed across the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or other project management certifications.
- Experience with IFS or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, or other relevant industries.
