Responsibilities:

TSA Management Support:

Assist in the coordination of TSA run and exit issues, resolution, and separation execution planning

Support the IT TSA Management Team through change requests, extensions, amendments, exit management, and escalations

Help coordinate review for upcoming TSA exits, TSA exit progress, TSA exit status, and escalations

Assist in communications and track/coordinate TSA obligations

Facilitate the aggregation and coordination of review for TSA migration plan submissions

TMO Processes Support:

Support TMO processes including CRB meetings/statuses, monthly status reports, dispute resolutions, and workshops

Assist in general TSA troubleshooting

Document and publish meeting minutes

Assist in the creation of PPT documents for leadership overviews

Populate requested TMO templates for monthly update meetings

Facilitate meetings upon request

Update TSA exit tracking documents

Documentation and Coordination:

Document weekly IT Sub-Committee meeting minutes; maintain overall minutes in Excel on SharePoint

Document Joint TSA Management meeting minutes; maintain overall minutes in Excel on SharePoint; analyze meeting minutes and document and respond with edits when needed

Maintain overall IT Bundle and Service TSA exit tracker and update based upon statuses in Joint TSA Management meeting

Track and archive all documents submitted to SharePoint (e.g., minutes, meeting materials, migration plans, etc.)

Perform change analysis on all updated 90 Day Migration Plan documents; confirm changes with B&R data team; communicate pending "Planned TSA Exit Date" changes to IT Sub-Committee members; flag any upcoming changes to the cutover team; and work with relevant teams to update dates in spINFO as needed

Coordinate with TSA Cutover Team on pending termination date changes

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage stakeholders, risks, and changes effectively

Experience facilitating and creating documentation and presentations

Nice to have: TSA experience and understanding the details of a TSA

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
