Define project scope, goals, and success metrics with stakeholders.
Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop project plans (schedules, resource allocation, budgets).
Ensure compliance with SDLC and Change Management processes.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (business + tech teams).
Provide performance feedback to leadership on project staff.
Foster teamwork in a global, hybrid work environment.
Track project spend, submit forecasts (Clarity PPM), and optimize budgets.
Participate in annual planning for cybersecurity initiatives.
Maintain project artifacts (charters, status reports, RAID logs).
Use MS Office 365, PowerBI, and ADO for collaboration/reporting.
