We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and reports that visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies.
- Document BI processes, procedures, and data flows.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in a Business Intelligence or data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as [Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.].
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with statistical modeling and data mining techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Certified Data Analyst).
