Role/Title: Supply Chain Sr Project Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

Responsible for standardizing project management methodologies, ensuring projects align with organizational goals, and providing resources and support to project teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop detailed project plans for UAT testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
  • Responsible for validating, maintaining, and managing the UAT test steps for SAP migration.
  • Provide all logistical support for booking Conference rooms and meeting invitations.
  • Lead and facilitate daily UAT meetings with stakeholders to address issues and progress through user testing requirements.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of project resources by ensuring all needs are met for UAT progression (contacting SMEs, helping business users to get clarification or training needed to complete tasks, etc.)
  • Responsible for ensuring warm handover of steps during UAT and that resources are available for testing.
  • Provide analysis and reporting from Jira Cloud and Testrail to track UAT issues and testing.
  • Prepare and distribute communication to track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to IT, Business, & Executive stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements by working closely with internal auditors and QA testers.
  • Facilitate Lessons Learned and provide recommendations to the PMO.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ yrs experience as a Project Manager, including use of program management tools, such as Jira, Lucid, TestRail, SmartSheets or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and/or MSOffice365 Productivity Tools
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of support logistics supply chain systems and processes
  • Familiar with ERP & CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, & NetSuite or similar
