Job Description
***Only candidates located near the Boston, MA area are to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
***The client is only looking for around 3-5 years of experience***

Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Design Art, Media or equivalent

Required Qualifications:
At least 3-4 years of related design experience, preferably with emphasis on financial industry marketing print materials
Strong experience in corporate branding systems
Concise communication
Effective time management
Collaboration in team setting
Strong and thorough understanding of traditional design skills including sketching, composition, storyboarding
Thorough understanding of typography, color palettes, grid systems, and final file preparation for print and/or web

Required Technical Skills:
MAC proficiency as well as a thorough knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suit: In-Design, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Microsoft Suite)

Preferred Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Figma
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with and animators and videographers, share work with Creative Director for review
Interact with the Production team to obtain work assignments and ensure deadlines are being met
Create new work as well as make updates to existing work

Additional Details:
Flexible as priorities shift
Ready to jump and start with minimal hand-holding
Willing to work off existing pieces
