About the job
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Strategize AI skin analysis that are user-centric for brands
- Prospect new business opportunities for SaaS and B2B products
- Handle beauty tech inquiries, demands and partnerships
- Generate and qualify leads through channels such as personal relationships, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, events (on and offline), etc.
- Regular updates of sales media packs, pitch decks, proposals, quotes and supporting sales collateral
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the sales process
Qualifications
- Connections in the beauty industry, Mandarin Chinese language skills and/or tech experience are preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrated track record of B2B experience.
