Hybrid Role - 2x a week (Mandatory Thursdays)
Monthly rotation - 1 week on-site

Overview:
The Case Administrator Lead will manage and assign arbitration cases, provide guidance to a team, and collaborate closely with leadership. This is a hands-on, leadership-driven role requiring multitasking across case management, arbitration processes, and team oversight. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a docket of arbitration cases and ensure timely and accurate progress
- Act as a liaison between parties, arbitrators, and internal teams
- Lead and provide support to a team of Case Specialists and Assistants
- Draft arbitration awards and manage case documents including pleadings and correspondence
- Review case-related financial responsibilities (no financial expertise required)
- Attend hearings onsite as needed to assist arbitrators, parties, and counsel
- Provide excellent customer service; respond to inquiries and complaints
- Monitor and report on arbitrator performance and case timelines
- Utilize internal case management systems and the ODR Portal
- 4+ years of relevant case management experience (more senior candidates also welcome)
- Strong interest or experience in arbitration, mediation, or negotiation
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide/mentor junior staff
- JD strongly preferred (not required to be a licensed attorney); Master's in Legal Studies or related field considered
- Legal professionals or paralegals with litigation/arbitration experience highly encouraged to apply
- Proficiency with electronic docket management systems and standard office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and discretion due to the sensitive nature of the work
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
