Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Information Analyst to join a global leader in clinical research and healthcare analysis for a full time, contract, and onsite position located i n Maple Grove, Minnesota (MN) . The Clinical Information Analyst will develop, optimize, and maintain reporting solutions to support data-driven problem-solving in clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices, FDA regulations, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Information Analyst include:
  • Collaborate with shared service functions (Site Management, Study Management, Data Review, Safety, etc.) to gather and define reporting requirements.
  • Design and implement effective reporting solutions, including SQL queries and Power BI visualizations, to meet diverse analytical needs.
  • Maintain and enhance the reporting portfolio to ensure its accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
  • Train and provide ongoing support to end-users of reporting solutions to maximize utility and understanding.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of reporting conventions for clinical trial data management.


Qualifications for the Clinical Information Analyst include:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a reporting or analytics role.
  • Exposure/experience with clinical trials and how they operate.
  • Extensive experience with databases such as Oracle Clinical and Medidata Rave, programming proficiency in Python or R, expertise in relational databases and their data relationships, particularly within EDC (Electronic Data Capture) systems, and a strong focus on building and modifying reports to ensure data accuracy and clarity.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Compensation for the Clinical Information Analyst:
  • Salary Range: $45/hour (USD)
