Piper Companies is seeking a well experienced Front-End Engineer who can build, remediate, and test the accessibility for web and mobile devices. The Front-End Engineer will sit Onsite and remote Bi-weekly in the within Texas, Rhode Island, Kentucky, or New Hampshire.

Requirements for the Front-End Engineer include:

- Advanced understanding on developing web applications and mobile apps on devices.

- Prior experience with implementation and integration codes

- Knowledge of server-side development using front end and DevOps engineering techniques

- Focused on accessibility practices and hands-on experience using the tools associated with the practice

- Understands user needs and user facing projects

Qualifications for the Front-End Engineer includes:

- 5 - 10 years of experience in front-end or accessibility engineering

- Background in DevOps or software development

- Expert knowledge of WCAG and AA/AAA standards

- Hands-on experience with the programming tool JavaScript and its respective frameworks

- Familiar with side-server processing languages such as Node.js, Django, and Ruby

- Understands TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

- Able to open-source code and automate pipelines; CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GIT, GitHub

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field

Compensation for the Front-End Engineer includes:

- Hourly rate: $45 - $55

- Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match plus PTO, Sick leave as required by law, and Paid Holidays
