Full Stack Engineer (Python)

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Full Stack Engineer (Python) for a contract assignment with one of our premier Management Consulting services clients in Atlanta, GA. Candidates should have a strong hands-on programming background (Python/SQL), have excellent communication skills (must be capable of sitting in on smaller meetings directly with business side stakeholders and being able to grasp the business problems and goals for solutioning), and in depth knowledge/experience with one or more major agentic AI solutions (Salesforce Agentforce, Google AgentSpace, Microsoft CoPilot are the main ones being evaluated). This is an exciting team that develops custom solutions for the firm's clients - there will be a good amount of PLC/Experimental work involved.

Responsibilities :

• As Full Stack Engineer, you will work in small teams in a highly collaborative way, use the latest technologies and enjoy seeing the direct impact from your work. Our highly skilled system architects and development managers configure software packages and build custom applications, creating the foundation for rapid and cost-effective implementation of systems that maximize value from day one. Our development teams are small, flexible and employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our consultants with the solutions they need. We combine the latest open source technologies together with traditional Enterprise software products.
• We create both rapid prototypes, usually in 2 to 3 weeks, as well as full-scale applications typically within 2 to 3 months, by working collaboratively and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully functioning web-based and mobile applications that meet business goals. Our Front-End Developers contribute to the architecture across the technology stack, from database to native apps.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, advanced degree preferred
• Software Engineer (6 years minimum experience preferably)
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Expertise with SQL databases, cloud equivalent such as Amazon RDS(PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience utilizing LLMs and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with low code GenAI Agentic frameworks such as MS Copilot, Google Cloud Platform Agentspace, SF Agentforce is a huge plus
• Familiarity with RAG Pipeline and Vector database
• Familiarity with GenAI services and frameworks such as AWS Bedrock, LangGraph
• Familiarity with developing RESTful APIs and integration with other systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup and management
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and code collaboration
• Knowledge of containerization
• Strong conceptual problem-solving
• Ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
