RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
* Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules
* Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications

* Stay current with new features and best practices related to the ServiceNow platform
REQUIREMENTS:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a plus
* 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a professional setting
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and general web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS)
* Experience with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
