
Supervisory Program Analyst
Serves directly under the Chief, Air Force Gaming Branch. Provides management oversight, sound recommendations, operational and accounting assistance with the implementation of AF Gaming program for theatre of operation. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates program initiatives, processes, and operations required to enhance and meet current as well as long range plans pertaining to managerial, administrative, and financial management. Provides information on significant issues and problems related to work accomplishment. Establishes metrics and analysis systems to ensure actions are timely and reviewed at critical points. Submits requests for annual NAF budget for theatre of operations needed to meet program objectives. Manages budget usage and recommends adjustments when necessary to ensure timely execution. Responsible for inventory of NAF assets within theater. Adheres to internal controls for all aspects of resource management to ensure personnel and dollars are used effectively and in accordance with governing regulations. Submits purchase requirements for equipment purchases needed to support operations. Conducts staff assistance visits to all bases within area of responsibility when required. Conducts site surveys and market assessment visits to bases for possible expansion, or changes to program. Coordinates with various offices on changes to base level operations, special projects, and other relative information. Performs self-inspections and presents detailed and comprehensive reports with any corrective action to supervisor. Delivers oral and written briefings and presentations to activity management, and Services leadership on past, current, and future program trends, goals, and direction. Promotes AF standards, and provides timely management oriented guidance to bases which meet Services gaming program requirements. Directly supervises up to 20 employees, with full supervisory authority and responsibility. Initiates requests for additional resources including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting directives, goals, and objectives.

Education
