SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
- You will exercise administrative and technical supervision over subordinates for technical engineering work.
- You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- You will establish and maintain liaison with NAVSEA, ISEAs Fleet Commands and other support activities for coordination of efforts and mutual support in resolution of technical and logistics problems affecting reliability of assigned systems.
- You will establish contact, as necessary, with engineering personnel of manufactures involved and obtain and interpret specific information not available in Navy Publications.
- You will serve as senior technical advisor for Area of Responsibility (AOR) engineering systems.
- You will represent Fleet Technical Support Division at conferences and seminars concerning maintenance policies for systems within the cognizance of the Branch.
