DevOps Engineer
Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Remote)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our distributed team and play a key role in automating infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting cloud-native deployments. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to streamline delivery and ensure reliable operations in a fast-paced agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Manage and monitor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
Maintain system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
Improve security posture by automating security scans and compliance checks in the DevOps pipeline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes (CKA, CKS, etc.).
Experience with service mesh tools like Istio or Linkerd.
Knowledge of GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
