    • Provide first-level operational engineering support to detect and troubleshoot incidents.
    • Manage fix bridges for large-scale or high-severity issues involving multiple teams, including executive-level communication.
  4. Collaboration and Escalation:

    • Collaborate with various teams (FIM, Advanced Ops, Engineering, Vendor teams) for critical support and resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to the Fault Isolation & Management team and determine root causes for failures.
  5. Incident Management Process:

    • Oversee the incident management process and drive ticket management analysis and follow-up until closure.
    • Assist in prioritizing incidents based on urgency and business impact.
  6. Customer and Internal Communication:

    • Manage internal, external, and customer incident escalations and follow-ups.
    • Ensure effective operational performance and management within service level agreements (SLAs).

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in telecom/wireless, with experience in managing 4G/5G NOC shift environments and troubleshooting activities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of 5G functional components (Core, RAN, Network, Transport, PaaS, and gNB configurations).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills, and excellent people management skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and keen to learn new technologies.

Work Environment:

  • The position is 24x7x365, either on a fixed or rotational basis, ensuring continuous monitoring and support of the network.
