Role Description:
We're currently seeking an experienced ETL Developer to support a growing data integration environment. This role will involve working on end-to-end ETL processes, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to a high-performance data operations framework.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain robust ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Contribute to the creation and enforcement of best practices for ETL workflows, focusing on data quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain alignment with enterprise standards and development protocols.
  • Engage with business analysts, database administrators, and IT teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions to shape effective and scalable ETL architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate data transformation and integration challenges.
  • Comply with internal IT policies and support iterative development methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with ETL development, preferably using Talend or comparable tools.
  • Strong understanding of relational database systems, especially with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP ERP and SAP HANA.
  • At least two years of programming experience in Java is a plus.

    Educational Background:
    Candidates with degrees in Information Technology disciplines such as B.E., B.Tech, or MCA are preferred.
