The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring smooth alignment of systems with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to implement solutions.
Assist in system design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Create user stories, use cases, workflows, and other supporting documentation.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot system issues.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, Visio, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in industries like insurance, finance, or healthcare is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems or other enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is a plus.
