One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Analyst, Chat in Anywhere.

In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing the customer support experience by leveraging data to optimize chat tools, self-service technologies, and AI-powered chatbots. You'll collaborate with teams across Product, Design, and Customer Experience to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend data-backed improvements. From designing A/B tests to creating dashboards, you'll deliver insights that directly shape how customers interact with support. Accountabilities:

  • Provide end-to-end analytical support for product and business initiatives related to customer chat and support
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to evaluate chat performance and new feature effectiveness
  • Monitor key metrics, propose improvements, and help build new KPIs to guide product development
  • Develop clear, insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to support decision-making
  • Contribute to planning scalable data structures for evolving product features
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven product enhancements


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases
  • Proficient in data visualization tools, especially Tableau
  • Experience designing experiments and conducting A/B testing
  • Working knowledge of Python libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib) is a plus
  • Solid analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about data accuracy and product quality
