- Lead the strategy and execution of the enterprise systems roadmap, focusing on ERP, CRM, HCM, CPQ, and other key platforms
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and integrations, driving scalability across systems
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and enhancements, managing vendor relationships and ensuring high-impact solutions are delivered
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity and secure access across platforms
- Standardize and automate business processes to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and workflow automation
- Build and manage a team of systems analysts, data engineers, and technical specialists while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems and data management within a SaaS or tech-driven company
- Proven ability to define and implement systems strategy and data architecture in a high-growth or transformation environment
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HCM, CPQ, and BI tools (e.g., Looker)
- Extensive experience in system architecture, integration management (e.g., Boomi, Workato), and overseeing data flow across platforms
- Solid understanding of data governance, master data management, and key SaaS business metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, churn)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills to influence business leaders and teams
