SAP/ Salesforce Platform Architect

CERTIFICATIONS:

Trailhead SFDC Architect Certification, Technical Certification(s) within Software Development discipline or Software Application is preferred, TOGAF as a plus

Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) and English to cover global needs.

EXPERIENCE/

KNOWLEDGE:

• Salesforce implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Marketing cloud
• 7+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
• Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes
• Working knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD / OTC area will be considered an asset
• Working knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an asset
• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferred
• Strong proficiency in estimation and planning

Note: we will need to add additional requirements based upon the specific areas of responsibility

COMPUTER SKILLS:

MS Office, Lucid Chart or another diagraming tool, Java, PL-SQL, ITIL, SAFe, Jira Align and Cloud, Service Now

OTHER SPECIALIZED SKILLS & ABILITIES (i.e., leadership, communication, interpersonal, etc.):

• Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated proficiency in conflict resolution
• Ability to track and remove impediments
• Demonstrated problem solving techniques and strong analytical skills
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team across the organization
• Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
