Backend Development:
- Build scalable, secure APIs and microservices with Node.js and TypeScript, prioritizing performance for healthcare workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with NestJS for structuring enterprise-grade backend services.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or C# to maintain/refactor legacy components during migration.
- Knowledge of Azure healthcare tools (Azure API for FHIR, Health Data Services).
- Exposure to healthcare-specific protocols (HL7, FHIR) or prior authorization workflows.
Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of full stack development experience, with 5+ years in Node.js (TypeScript) and React.
- Proven track record modernizing large-scale applications using the Strangler Pattern or similar incremental migration strategies.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and secure coding practices for healthcare.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
