You will be responsible for developing and deploying RPA solutions using the Automation Anywhere platform to transform our business processes and streamline routine tasks.

You ll collaborate with various team members, business units, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 platform.
  • Build and maintain RPA bots to automate manual, repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrate third-party systems (APIs, web services, databases) within automation workflows.
  • Optimize existing bots for better performance and reduced execution time.
  • Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for deployed bots.
  • Ensure all automation solutions comply with organizational security and governance standards.
  • Provide documentation, support, and ongoing maintenance of deployed automations.

What We Need to See:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, preferably with A2019 or A360.
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices for bot development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with bot insights, control room, and bot agent management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with other RPA platforms like UiPath or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present solutions across teams.

Ways to Stand Out:

  • Experience with using AI to build intelligent RPA processes.
  • Experience with Python or a similar OOP language.
