  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:

  • Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and a minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation.
  • Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations, and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.
  • Experience in developing complex catalog items
  • Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.
  • Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
  • Should have experience in leading teams for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements
  • Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance, and enhancements of ServiceNow
  • Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks
  • Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).
  • Ensuring configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support associated service management processes.
  • Developing and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure that

configuration items and processes are current.

  • Creating and implementing custom widgets, and complex pages, Resolving UI performance bottlenecks, Taxonomies, and portal content.
