Significant Events
- Lead the planning and execution of signature annual events
- Oversee full production logistics: venue contracts and point of contact, vendor coordination, catering, A/V, run-of-show, printed materials, and on-site staffing
- Build and manage internal event support teams to handle registration, nametags, day-of logistics, and guest needs
- Manage event timelines, internal tasks, and production schedules
- Oversee creation and delivery of event materials, including programs, signage, branded items, and digital assets
- Track event budgets and vendor contracts
- Serve as staff liaison to related volunteer committees, coordinating meeting prep, schedules, tracking events revenue, and action items
- Manage logistics for member engagement and leadership events
- Coordinate internal support and ensure registration, catering, venue, and materials are handled efficiently
- Manage event timelines and internal coordination across departments
- Track registration and work to increase promotion of programs and events as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for venue coordination for off-site professional and business development events and programs
- Coordinate logistics for other large professional and business development programs as requested
- Manage production logistics, signage, room setup, and internal task management
- Years of Experience: 4 (+)
- Specific Experience: 4-6 years of experience in event production, logistics, or program operations (nonprofit, legal, or association experience preferred)
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder events with competing timelines. Ability to lead cross-departmental teams without direct authority and apply strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills to drive successful outcomes.
- General: Availability for occasional early mornings or evenings during events.
