The Position:

  • They are seeking a Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing team in the Pacific Northwest, North America.
  • The primary focus will be engaging with mid-enterprise customers in this region, understanding their security needs, and helping them strengthen their defences using their advanced solutions.
  • The ideal candidate is a relentless new-logo hunter with a strong desire to drive growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are looking for someone who thrives in an agile, no-red-tape culture, where speed and decisiveness are paramount.

Key Duties:

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, including CISO-level stakeholders, to drive meaningful discussions on cybersecurity posture and the need for proactive measures.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and expanding the company's footprint in new accounts. No industry is off-limits, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with diverse sectors.
  • Collaborate with a network of partners to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen their market position.
  • Work cross-functionally with solutions engineers, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and the successful delivery of solutions to clients.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in mid-enterprise sales, with strong expertise in selling cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth, ideally following a MEDDICC framework
  • A relentless approach to acquiring new business and expanding into fresh accounts.
  • Comfort with a fast-moving, high-growth environment and the ability to make quick, impactful decisions without excessive bureaucracy.
