- Drive high-level design strategy and execution across complex product ecosystems
- Translate ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable design plans
- Create, refine, and advocate for user-centered experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Lead design critiques, mentor team members, and uphold design quality at every touchpoint
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align design with business goals
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and present work clearly and persuasively at all levels
- Ensure consistency and scalability through design systems and thoughtful UX patterns
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on customer-facing mobile and web experiences (iOS and Android)
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence strategic product decisions
- Expertise in end-to-end product design, from ideation to execution and iteration
- Strong grasp of design systems, UX best practices, and accessibility principles
- Experience using both qualitative insights and data analytics to inform design decisions
- Comfortable working in high-velocity, agile environments with a bias for action and experimentation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, rationale, and trade-offs
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $230,000
