
Facilities Manager NF-03
- Responsible for the maintenance, repair and condition of the MWR/Lodging facilities. Directs and supervises a small to medium size staff of employees in all phases of building/grounds maintenance.
- Screens work orders to determine whether or not work will be accomplished by assigned workforce or other activities.
- Inspects work during and upon completion. Maintains and reports status of work to management.
- Participates infeasibility studies for minor and or major construction. Develops preventive maintenance programs.
- Participates in budgeting for a maintenance program.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Work experience performing related duties and knowledge of practices and procedures related to facilities maintenance and/or repair; material required and costs associated with a successful maintenance program.
- At least two (2) years of experience with general facility maintenance.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory position.
- Experience performing repairs to facilities and equipment.
Education

Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
