Middleware SOA/OSB Developer with experience with Oracle databases and API at Onshore CST Time Zone
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Oracle SOA Lead to join our enterprise integration team The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle SOA Suite with handson experience in Oracle Service Bus OSB BPM and WebLogic Administration This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving integration architecture and solutions
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and deployment of solutions using Oracle SOA Suite BPEL Mediator Human Workflow Business Rules
Architect and implement enterprise service bus solutions using Oracle Service Bus OSB
Work closely with business analysts application teams and architects to gather requirements and design integration strategies
Configure manage and monitor Oracle WebLogic Server environments
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis design coding testing and deployment
Lead and mentor a team of SOA developers and integration specialists
Ensure integration standards guidelines and best practices are followed across the team
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration and middleware
Provide performance tuning and optimization of integration services
Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and improve CICD pipelines
Document design decisions configurations and operational procedures
Required Skills Experience
810 years of handson experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c preferred
Strong knowledge of BPEL Mediator Adapters DB JMS File FTP etc and Human Workflow
Experience with Oracle Service Bus OSB for message routing transformation and service virtualization
Familiarity with Oracle BPM Suite for business process modeling and automation
Proficiency in Oracle WebLogic Server administration and tuning
Solid understanding of XML XSLT XSD WSDL SOAP REST
Experience integrating with databases ERP systems cloud applications and external APIs
Strong knowledge of integration patterns security exception handling and transaction management
Excellent problem solving communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC is a plus
Knowledge of DevOps tools Jenkins Git Maven for integration deployment
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools JIRA Confluence
Oracle certifications in SOA or Fusion Middleware
