  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Baer is looking for an SAP HCM Payroll Expert Consultant 18 month Federal Remote Project.

Title: SAP HCM Payroll Expert Consultant
Location: Remote (Minimal travel to Harrisburg, PA may be required)
Duration:18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:

  • Lead the payroll workstream for the ECC to S/4HANA migration.
  • Analyze and document current payroll functionality within ECC.
  • Design, configure, and test payroll processes in S/4HANA.
  • Ensure accurate payroll execution and W-2 generation per U.S. regulations.
  • Work with business users to understand current-state processes and define future-state needs.
  • Support system testing, validation, and resolution of payroll-related issues.
  • Deliver post-go-live support and troubleshoot payroll issues during hypercare.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience.
  • Expertise in U.S. payroll processing, including compliance and W-2 generation.
  • Strong configuration background and experience leading payroll migrations or implementations.
  • Ability to effectively engage with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
