We are seeking an experienced Cerner Lab Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium's Laboratory modules such as PathNet, RadNet, and Orders Results. You will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and support of laboratory workflows within the Cerner environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and configure Cerner Lab modules (PathNet General Laboratory, Microbiology, Blood Bank, etc.)

Support integration of lab systems with other Cerner and third-party systems (e.g., instruments, LIS)

Collaborate with clinicians, lab staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

Develop and execute test plans, validation, and change control documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and enhancement requests

Assist with data migrations and go-live support

Provide end-user training and create documentation as needed

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Cerner PathNet and lab-related solutions

Experience with orderables, results, specimen collection workflows, and analyzer integration

Familiarity with Discern Rules, CCL, and front-end configuration tools

Understanding of HL7 interfaces and instrument interfacing tools

Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills"
