  • Assists patients in the Emergency Department in completing new or updated forms for the RPMS Patient Registration System.
  • Performs a variety of receptionist duties such as meeting and greeting patients and visitors, registering patients, receiving and making telephone calls, transferring calls to appropriate staff; escorts patients and/or family members.
  • Performs a variety of record keeping, maintains administrative reports, reviews patient records for compliance, initiates administrative related forms for patient's signature, and orients new staff.

General Experience: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
