Must Have:

• 6+ years of experience with Nexthink, including NQL queries, dashboards, alerts, and remote actions
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and strong understanding of the Nexthink data model
• Experience integrating Nexthink with tools like Splunk and managing PC infrastructure (AD, networking)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Azure Apps and ServiceNow
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
